Both the PlC-based control system andthe servo-driving device are arranged to control the winding and yarn-guide mechanism, the winding mechanism and each transmission mechanism,effecting the on-the touch screen monitoring,controling the mairtechnical parameters of the spindle speed,the twist and the winding angle. The formation length is adjustable at wil,lt is allowed to set the parallelism, the trimming and the loose selvage formation method directlyand change them easily to meet the technological requirements for different products.
